We teach leaders to build the skills necessary to have 4 types of one-on-one conversations
We train them 5 different types of key conversations to have with the team as a whole.
  • Learn to lean on their talents to become effective leaders for their collaborators and teams.
  • We create a structure and plan for frequent meaningful conversations.
  • Alternate individual sessions with each leader, with group sessions for the group of leaders.
  • The conversations we train with individuals and leaders are based on research of recognized prestige.
